OK- That worked. Now I need to figure out how I did it. Need to try this again.

Selecting the "Insert Image" icon, you get the pop-up that gives you two choices: from URL and From Computer.

With the URL choice there's "Okay and Cancel" buttons at the bottom which are now missing from the Insert Image From Computer side so it looks like it isn't an option now. A temporary glitch? I know those buttons used to be there.
