How to reply with a private message?

I like to reply with a private message. How is this accomplished? Thanks.

Go into notifications (the highest taskbar on this page, and to the right of your name) a drop box will say inbox; click there.

Open the letter you received.

As you page down, you'll see "Quick Reply" and a copy of the letter you received. Type your message in that box, and when you're finished, click "Submit Message".

Voila !
