my new old 1966

Looking for information on the transmission/speedo gear for my stock 1966 FLH. It went out last week and the manual I got has an entire section missing. Yep the part in my manual that is missing is the part I need right now.So if any one knows if the gear is a 23 tooth gear with either a 1 to 1 ratio or a 2 to 1 ration. Where I can find the part or if anyone has a complete service manual for my 1966 please help. Thank you in advance
