Posting Photos

What am I doing wrong? When I'm in my "XA Stuff" thread, I reply off of my last posting to add another photo/s. I click on "reply to thread" and the box opens. Then I click on "insert image". When you scroll down there is the area to add images etc. Now I do not get that area. Am I missing something here???
