Harley Kids visit Denver from Floyd Clymer

This picture is pretty fun, because just last night I was reading Herbert Wagner's book about Harley and the people who rode them in the 30's and into the early '40s. Fantastic book. He referenced this trip and the visit with Floyd Clymer who took them for a ride in his airplane. All of them were 20-something kids with the latest bikes, cars and planes at their disposal. What a great time they must have had in the Rockies!!!

If you don't have Herbert Wagner's book 1931-1940 HD Motorcycles and Those who Rode Them... you are missing out. This is such a great book. And this trip is in there.
