New Zealand earthquake tragedy

I'm back from Christchurch but am going back soon to help where I can.
It's a real mess and it looks like about 40% of the central business district will have to be demolished.
The CBD covers about 1 1/2 square miles so there's going to be a lot of rubble to cart away.
It will be years before Christchurch gets back on its feet.
