There are several forclosures in the neighborhood in the $300,000.00-$500,000.00 range. Only an hour from Dave Hansen's Indian shop. 35 minutes to the Pacific Coast Highway. 10 minutes from the mountains. An hour from the largest desert on the continent. We have it all, except for that white stuff that piles up on the ground.
