Attention all AMCA Members. If and when you get your new renewal Membership Cards for 2011 please check your EXPIRATION DATE. If it says 1-2011 you have been sent an expired card like the one I got. The backside has the 2011 Meets and Road Runs so I know I did not mix this one up with my old card. Anyone else???.

Just a note to everyone posting here: To make this beneficial and productive, please make sure you include your membership number and/or first and last name in your post so I know who you are and can check your membership record.
46EL - Please send me an e-mail at mark@cornerstonereg.com with your information (full name & member #). I'm sure people in this forum know who you are, but being new to this forum, I do not.
Bill Gilbert - Your expiration date is correct. Your membership comes due every November.
Chuck (#1848) - Yours is correct as well. Your membership comes due every January, so 2012 is correct.
Chris Haynes - January 2011 is incorrect. Your membership is good through January 2012. I will send you a new card. Please check something for me, though, to help me investigate this: Does your card have 2011 events on it (like 46EL mentioned) or does it have 2010 events listed? Is this the card you received in mid-December 2010?
Thanks for your assistance.

as everyone can see, if you have ANY problems with your membership or the card. just notify Mark at amca@cornerstonereg.com and they will fix it ASAP
these people go the extra mile to be helpful, BUT they cannot fix something if they don't know there is a problem.Kevin Valentine 13

OK. Thanks, Chris. I will send a new membership card to you in the mail. Your membership record does reflect the correct expiration date of January 2012 so you wouldn't have been cancelled. I've made a note to myself to check your card when it comes out of the imager this week to make sure it's printing the right date.

Hi Stan.
The AMCA discontinued plastic membership cards 2 years ago. This was a cost-saving measure. However, after the Board of Directors received requests from members to bring the plastic membership cards back, they agreed, but on a limited basis. (See page 20 of the Winter 2010 magazine.) If you renew your membership for 3 years, you will be issued a plastic membership card.
SIDE NOTE: Some people who renewed for a 3-year membership in November & December 2010 received a paper membership card. This is because we had not yet received the plastic membership card stock. We felt it was better to at least issue these members a paper card with their new expiration date on it rather than send them nothing and have them wonder if they were renewed. Yes, I realize some of you have not yet received a plastic membership card - and it's now January. This is because more people took advantage of this offer than we estimated and we ran out of plastic card stock. New stock has been ordered and it is due to arrive in our office the first week in February. As soon we receive it, we will be printing and mailing the cards out to everyone who is still owed a plastic card.

I know you read your magazines and every form post.
It has been stated that you will receive a schedule the next 2 years to apply to the back of your plastic card and know it will not be printed on German paper.
