I have the same one. Chrome Plated with exposed splines. Mine is brand new never installed on a Bike with no wear marks anywhere. Being Chrome I never stopped to think it probably isn't original as HD most probably didn't make them chrome? I could be wrong?? Buy why would someone make a 2 piece repop and chrome it? Jp -
They may be repopping those but it is 1936 to mid 1938 if memory serves me right. Then later 38 and 1939 the same components were used but they were welded together instead of sweated. JerryComment
