The cannonball run was the most fantastic ride I have ever been a part of. The passion and hard work the men and women put in to this ride was extreme. Congratulations to all you brave riders. Quite the feat u accomplished. I'm so proud to have witnessed this awesome piece of history. Kat

Calling someone a cheater is pretty serious. Being handed a rain coat or a bottle of water hardly constitutes cheating to me. The same goes for getting a helping hand with some repairs. I’m assuming you witnessed someone getting a lift over a mountain and if you did than your right, that wouldn’t have been fair play to the ones who rode over the top for real.------------

Do we really want to edit people's opinions out of posts?
I don't know the background with this person, so maybe there was reason to think the views were baseless, but now the responses to the original post seem nonsensical.
One odd thing: I noticed the same long post appeared on at least three threads. Like I say, there could be a background story here that I missed that would justify the deletions.

I agree Kurt. Yet I am of the opinion that the original post was edited and the second post deleted by Kat after having second thoughts about it. At least I'm hoping thats what happened.
