Knucklehead frame number??

Hi does anyone have info on this number?
Is it a v-twin mfg one??

Doesn't mean anything, except that it is a Harley frame. I just looked at my late-pre-war (c. 1939-40) frame. It has the same XE-624 casting number and square founder's mark. Only difference is that mine has a "2" and no "BK" initials on the right.

The v-twin frame has no numbers on the castings.

So, is there a way to find out what year this would be just by those numbers?
The neck has been molded in.

As Sarge told you, no, you can't tell from those numbers. Many different years use the same castings. The best way to identify it is by photographs of the entire frame. Over the years many changes occurred and they are identifiable as to years used. It doesn't matter if the neck is molded as there are no frame ID numbers there. If the basic neck area is still intact even with the molding some features are still visible. Post pics, your best bet!

Hi. This rear engine mount is from a 1945 or 1946 frame. Most likely 1946. Is the neck a Bullneck? Even if it is molded you should be able to tell if it is a Bullneck. Post a picture if your unsure.
