Chris is right, he was running for re-election in 63, because they all always do it that way! When aren't they campaigning?

NO... Chris is wrong. He was running for re-election in 63? He never made it through his first term. This is like playing chess with a box of hammers... checkmate. I'm Done!

I hope they painted all those bikes with Tech Cote. That way it can all be removed and the original paint is unharmed. Tech cote is a highly technical process. You cut the paint with Kanaba wax.

                JFK panheads

Was in 10th grade of high school in Fort Worth Texas when the President was shot. Had my first H-D in school parking lot. I remember we were let out of school early and what a strange ride home it was, streets were empty and very quite.
I have thought for many years about researching the Dallas PD records for VIN. numbers of Pans in service 1963.
Does any know if this has been done?
Know that I'm semi retired I can go the 40 miles to Dallas on a weekday

Michael, us old guys will never forget where we were and what we were doing when that happened, I was in high school, in english class when they made the announcement. There is also a late model dodge pickup in one of the shots, but it is a great set of photos anyway.
