      I agree with Chris, there is all kinds of old stuff like this. Thats why H-D started enforcing their trademarks in the late '80s

        My guess is that they were homemade. Most aftermarket bags were sewn as lacing leather is quite time consuming. Stamps are easy to obtain but someone with artistic abilities could freehand them as well--Michael--6671

          Thanks fellas! So Michael...... homemade eh? Interesting, my other set of bags are in dire need of some tlc so when I saw these I scooped them. Both sets in my shop are of the lace-up variety. I'm pretty sure that my old beat up set are horse bags...
