A periodical named "English Mechanic circa 1896-1900 ran a series of articles on how to build a 'motocycle' from scratch! I have an incomplete set of these books but did see a near complete set in the Allen house library at Burton-On-trent England. ( headquarters of the VMCC. ) This is a library well worth checking out if ever in the UK.Comment
