    Wut wuz zat?
Only one photo, and that's the best photo of it they could come up with?
Oh, it's such a famous movie bike, we're supposed to already know what it looks like, I guess.
    Bygawd, it's only a 45" (VIN: 65G)!
I like the recycled street sign for "armor." Nice touch! Yeah, right.

The company selling this is legit - Premiere props - I attended an auction where they had two Harleys and one Indian from "Hell Ride 2008"
They had an auction that was to be no-reserve.
I was the only one bidding at the auction, then a phone bidder came in and bid over my price. The "Indian" was a cobbled POS, but still had value around $8k, I was told by the builder of the bike they paid him $20k ea for two look alikes. (they sold #1 a month previously for $12k)
The phone bidder went over $10k. I stopped bidding.
I could tell they were trying to get to the same value as the previous sale.
I go back the next day, and notice the bike sitting in the warehouse, and they said it's still for sale. I was a bit pissed. Made an offer of $9k at the door. They said it was too low. Next week bike was on ebay and sold for around $12-13k (can't remember exact amount now).

So much for legit no-reserve auction at a movie prop house!

Since this is a custom bike they will give you a cert that it was in the movie. But those of us in the antique world who enjoy bikes vs collecting them find a hard time to pay a premium for a movie bike!

I too have a lot of dealings with Premiere Props. Believe me when I tell you they know nothing about motorcycles. They are a warehouse where property from movie productions is stored until the film is released and the decision not to do a sequel is made. At that time the assets are auctioned off. They are a very legit company. I was drooling over the red '65 Chevy pickup from Twilight. Although it was aged with paint to look rusty in the movie it was a cherry, restored truck.

Did you bother to go back and check for feed back.
There is a lot of shill bidding on Ebay, and what you seen as a bid might never have been payed.

Most of Premiere's sales are at live auctions. Not much of their stuff makes it to eBay.
                Jim,
You say "There is a lot of shill bidding on Ebay". What do you base that on? Facts or?
If you think that movie bike is bad have a look at this one from the upcoming feature Priest.

The truck pictured is a '62 or '63!

Schill bidding is a fact at any auction, live or Ebay. You're an old man and been around the block a time or two. Haven't you been paying attention.

that bike's been around a while, i think i saw it in a Little Rascals episode....they had a boxing glove on a scissor like thing and a dog chasing two cats on a treadmill for power.

I was going to build an art sculpture with all of my scrap parts but that mess called a bike has provided me with another option.
