Help need with this sidecar frame

anyone know what this frame is fore,it is born with brake on the wheel but this
wheel is wrong.I think its fore a USA made bike.?

It looks like a Harley, probably from the 30s. The ball joints are typically Harley, as is the through the frame brake rod. Earlier sidecars had no brakes.
