  • oley meet best weather ever

Have to give the guys and girls that put the meet on one hell of a good time
the weather was great and the sales were a little slow but what a good time
also to the oley fire dept.that empty the garbage cans at least 2 times a day
and no bee`s buzzing around the garbage unlike the wasseon garbage cans
that nobody dumps out till the meet is over also the best event t-shirt somthing else wauseon sould pay attention to also keep up the good work
can`t wait till next year for the silent grey fellow bikes

The bees aren't around in big numbers yet. The shirts and hats were nice last year. No kudos for all of us hard workers at Wauseon? We don't do garbage the fairgrounds do. Thanks for all the sweet kind things to keep us going for your unappreciated pleasure.

Reminds me of a car swap meet I attended in Reno years ago. The venue had their guys in a Cushman Truckster making rounds pulling the bags out of trash cans and taking it to recycle. It didn't take long before two young teenagers were coming by a few minutes ahead of the Truckster and grabbing all the recyclables outta the cans.

        Thanks

        Denise -

I can't thank the "crew" who puts on Wauseon enough.

We are always happy to help out any way we can,
including "working" the Registration tent with you,
the Wingers and the other workers.

We look forward to attending Wauseon again this year.

Your team does a great job!

Thanks Roger, I was informed that we have a garbage company. It is not the fairgrounds, sorry. I am looking forward to working with you and Fran. You both rock at the registration, awesome help and support. Thanks again you two.

First time I missed Oley in a long while. Had to make a run to Dayton for the long weekend (Son's graduation!). Hopefully I'll make it to the New York and Chesapeake meets.

How can you call a man who saved the life of our states oldest bike swap meet a jerk? He put up a lot of money to save it and the El Camino meet when Glen Bator was going to shut them down. Ya know the Kings County Fairgrounds doesn't let him put on that meet for free. There is a lot of expense involved in putting on a meet. I wish him well.
