Denton Park Meet. Need some help.

My wife Bean and I were really hoping to attend the first year of the Denton Park Meet as venders and still are but there’s a hitch. She doesn’t do the camping thing and I hate motels. This is where we need some help from you guys. We’ve called every damm RV rental place from NYC to Raleigh. All we keep getting is go on line to getrv.com. We don’t need a 45’ hotel on wheels, just a little motorized camper. Anybody know of a rv place along the way, where running out of time to schedule this. Thanks, Bob L

Actually camping at Denton Farm Park where the meet will be held is very good. I have been camping there at the Old Threshers Reunion Antique Tractor and Gas Engine meet week of July 4th for over 25 years. I started going with just a Chevy S10 and now use my Chevy Van with a cot in the back. Most of the camping spaces will have electric and water hookups. The spaces are layed out in a wooded area not in the open sun. There are mens and womens restrooms with showers and sinks thru out the park. There are no motels in Denton but there are several restaurants and grocery stores. I dont know how the organizers of the AMCA meet arranged food concessions but at the Gas Engine show there are fair type food concessions and several local churches serve breakfast lunch and dinner at resonable prices.

Thanks for your feedback guys. I figuered out what she was doing wrong. She was Googling RV rental. Soon as I put in camper rental. I came up with half a dozen hits. Hopfuly see ya there. Thanks again, Bob L
