Gypsy Tour Flag

Any suggestions on the age of the Gypsy Tour Flag in the photo? The flag is 15 inches in length and 8 inches high. The flag stick is 24 inches long. I've been told that it is from around 1910 to 1925.

I have never seen any documentation that those gypsies penants have anything to do with a Gypsy Tour.

I have this same pennant, and I'm curious what the article says, that is posted along your pennant? I tried enlarging, but to no avail! I agree with Chris, as I haven't seen anything that relate's this pennant to motorcycles or motorcycling, but I'm hopefull your article might shed some light! My guess its circa 1930's+-, and I've seen approx. 3-4 others through the years--Thanks, BPK!!

Those pennants appear on eBay about every six months or so and have for the last few years. Never saw one before about 5 years ago, now I see them regularly which I view with suspicion and have never purchased one. I also have never seen one related to any motorcycle function and suspect they were from some other function if not outright fantasy items.
