I agree with Rich, this thread is BS. There has been communication from the National to all the chapter's regarding the new changes. If your not a chapter member you may not have gotten the info, if you want to be more involved, maybe you should join a chapter,do some road runs, or just get away from that computer. I have futher interest because we have a new national meet in May and I am in charge of the national judging. I have contacted the new chief judge and promply receive a positive reply to all my questions. I've also talked to Rocky about all the changes and also receive positive and encouraging answers.
For the record, I'm not a fan of how our national officers are selected.
As far as lawyer's and hell I'll even add doctor's...well you know the old saying...I just won't say anything.

Thank you and I will only add this. That management is made up of volunteers and some may not understand that the implimenting of change is better done by greasing the skids first. But that said why do alot of members that use this forum always assume the negative and the worst right out of the chute? Why so much mistrust? The record doesn't show a need for it. I would rather take the high road and trust others to do the right thing untill I'm proven wrong. I've hardly ever been disappointed. Good luck on your NEW meet this year. I was on the ground at at point of ignition when we started the Dixon National meet out west and I know first had how much work it is to make it fly. I'll leave you with this, if you sit in the rear of the bus you can't possibly know how hard it is to steering around those bumps in the road, around them curves, or get over them hills. Enough said.

can we vote red fred the new prez.it's 4 weeks since eustis and not a peep from the club president on any of this judging issue.nothing if this was kerry obama bush bush or clinton they would say his leadership sucks. well quess what this guys(rocky) leadership sucks. he maybe a nice guy,like stop and help you with a flat or buy you luch when your down and out but run a club no.yet here is fred telling us all he can ROCKy STEP DOWN.dont leave the club i'm sure you enjoy antique bikes .please stay and have fun .just don't stay at the top.i forgot you don't read this just like you don't inform us.

I have not been on the website for several weeks and unfortunately chose to open and read this one first. Purposely stating that someone sucks is just plain wrong regardless of the topic at hand.

Gentlemen...we are all members of The AMCA for many reasons but we also owe it to future generations to preserve the sport for them. We all have enough frustration, stress, uncertainty and fear of the unknown in normal everyday life that we do not need to bring the garbage truck onto this website and dump the whole load on our other 10,000 plus members...Do we?

I also found it interesting that Eric Smith and Dr. Sprocket tossed jabs at each other rather than challenge the original author of the topic?

Thank you to Joe, Tim, Red Fred, Cory, Lonnie and Louie for sensible, unemotional comments and reminding us all that serving in any capacity on any board or committee at the national or chapter level is a thankless job at best, with zero paycheck, loss of time with their own jobs, businesses and families and there is always someone unhappy at all times.

Shame on RMW for writing while under the assumed temporary influence of "Mad" or "Dumb". He was so agitated and animated he forgot to use capital letters and check his spelling as well....hmmm

The Rocky Poll needs to come down now. If you want a poll replace it with a poll on whether or not to slap RMW (Rob Ronky's) Momma for doing such a poor job of raising him?

Keep up the task at hand AMCA Board...I do not see a line formed to replace any of you.
