When my son was serving as a Marine in Iraq, we went through long periods of time without any comunication. By the nature of his duty it was often impossible to get near a phone or computer. I'm sure we'll hear from Shane again we he has the opportunity. Sounds like he has the old motorcycle bug, and we all know how hard that is to shake.
