Found this toolbox thing in with a bunch of motorcycle parts. Appears to have HD green on it. Mount to a rear rack or something? Anyone ever see one?

It's Excelsior. It was used in 1919, and as you speculated, it mounts to the rear fender rack. What's your plan for it?

Thank you, Eric! I was hoping it was some rare accessory that was correct for one of my teens HD's. Since I don't have a 1919 Excelsior, I probably don't need it.
