I'm a bit of a silent film fan and figured I'd post this..... I'll reserve comments for later... I don't want to ruin the end........

What a loss of a great motorcycle. I shed the same tear as for the Knucklehead they drove in to the Pacific in Mr. Roberts. RIP! Bob L

They just can't resist putting a motorcycle in the drink. Where do you think Hazards of Helen was made? I know that movies were made all over the U.S. before Hollywood became the default capital of movie making. I'm thinking maybe New Jersey. Thanks Cory.

Eric at the time that movie was made. The mecca for the most part for movie making was East Orange, New Jersey at Thomas Edison's studios. It's really a cool place to visit. An invention a day or your canned. That Helen was one hell of a woman! Bob L

I have been working in the motion picture and television industry for 45 years. I can tell you that anything that goes in the water comes back out. In the case of motorcycles there is usually a machanic standing buy to drain and flush everything and squirt grease in all the fittings.
