Herb's mentioning of a factory movie from the Hendee era got me to searching. Thanks, Cory! I had seen this before, at Bob Stark's place, but without sound. Great to hear the Indian party line! Bob noticed something odd. On the motorcycle being ridden away, the front fender is a 1950-1951 item, but the 1952-1953 engine cowl is installed.

I'm glad you enjoyed it Jerry! When Indian got to the fifties didn't they use whatever they had laying around for parts on the last models? At least that's been my understanding.

Strange how that last bike, the one driven off, has a left hand throttle, and right hand shifter. I've never seen a civilian '53 with this arrangement. Makes me wonder.

Anybody notice the assembly screw-up at about 45 seconds? Hint: it is corrected when the clip changes at about 50 seconds!
