  • Looking for Old Indian Owners

I have been working on tracking down who was the first person to own my 1939 Indian Sport Scout. I have accomplished alot so far but making contact with some people is not that easy. I am looking for the following guys or family related to them.

    Paul Murray in Temperance, MI
Fred G. Work Jr in Adams Field Little Rock Ark
    RJ Hickethier in Alden Iowa

Does anyone have any leads on these people?

      Chris,

Thanks for the info, I got a lead on Russ (RJ) Hickethier in Alden Iowa> He died in 1975, now to find his family. He might have been the first or second guy to own my Sport Scout.

Doug Leikala told me he bought his original paint 1910 Harley at the Hickethier estate auction so maybe he knows something.
