I just found the side girder/bars with suspension and rockers for a Harman Sprun Girder. Anybody have a lead on triple clamps and other parts?

Girder
Bill Holland, the other half of H&H (that's what Harmon products started as), actual he's the first partner Holland's brother and is still making the forks in Roseville, CA. His brother quit early on. Bill has personally welded every fork they ever produced and still is. He still may produce extra parts.
