  • A Slideshow Worth Watching

I was surfing around and found this link to photos from Holland. Click on the slideshow on the upper right to get the pics full size. There's also a stop button on the lower left if you want to have a better look at a particular machine. Enjoy!

          Thanks Cory !

Great find ! Now I have another reason to go to Holland.

Now all I need is to find somebody who gives rides in open cockpit bi-planes over the tulip fields in bloom.

WOW! You'd have to sell a lot of SCHNAPPS to pay for all that booty! I wonder if you can legally smoke dope in that little cafe they have there being the promise land of canals and dykes? I see a few price tags and a few bikes that were listed on their website for sale in the past. Strange to see so many bikes with so many amateur restos in such a nice museum setting, quite unlike Sammy Millers or the National in England. That Ace with the disc wheels and that original looking cammy AJS turn my crank. I like it , gimmie, gimmie , gimmie. Now I know where all the Binks "mousetraps " went.

Did you ever wonder about that Little Dutch Boy who stuck his finger in the dyke and what happened after that ?

Both the owners of Yesterdays are AMCA members and they turn up some great old bikes. That disc wheeled ACE was at our National Meet in Germany last month as part of our 'Six Aces' line-up, and there will be a photo in the mag.

It's not too late to get to the Dutch 'Old Timers' meet 14-16 August. Fly to Amsterdam, train to Den Haag, tram or taxi to Don Bosco Park, Julialaantje, Rijswijk, or ride up like your UK members. No vending, only American bikes built before 1966, no cars or trucks on the site, great ride-out, four bands and much telling of lies over a beer.
