Helmet restoration

I couldn't figure where to put this.
Does anyone know of anybody that restores helmets. My buddies got a few from the New York City Police Dept from the sixties and needs the interiors redone. Thanks, Bob L

I wonder if there could be liability issues with that type of refurbishment. Of course they were undoubtedly crappy helmets to begin with.
