Linkert Brass Bowl ?

Got one of these, any idea what years/models it was a factory fitment.
No drain in bowl, but has slot head screw fixing both sides of pivot for float valve.

M21s, but I do not know which M21s, although the earliest would make most sense.

It should be dull nickel with 7-64 cast inside.

Yes is marked 7-64
1933-34 VLD fitment has been quoted on VI list by coincidence.
