Help me ID these tires please.

I have 3 NOS Goodyear tires. They are ALL TRACTION and the size is 4.25 X 18T. Does anyone know what bikes thay may have been original equipment on? Thanks!!

Thanks for the quick response. What tire would be on the front then? I would be willing to sell the tires. Have your friend PM me if you'd like.
