I was born here and plan to stay here. Quite unlike people who bash and make fun of California then come running here when they get tired of their weather and low paying jobs elsewhere. Every winter after the Rose Parade is broadcast during the winter and people freezing their butts off see the weather here they come in droves. California has the eleventh richest economy in the world. 350 days of good riding weather a year.
The downside to CA is overcrowding, high taxes, and illegal immigrants.

I feel that way also but with a slightly different angle. I live just below Yosemite National Park and when all the So Cal people come here I'm like just hurry up spend your money and go back where you came from.

Sounds like a case of selective entitlement to me.

LOL........and 1.7 MILLION dollars more in debt per hour!!!!! That's a great statement Chris......who's the wizard that does your states books.....Elmer Fudd....

I think even more taxes should be applied to Calf so the rest of the States don't have to carry your load! I'm thinking since Calf is pushing to be more like Europe.......try 52% income tax for income over 50k.....22.5% sales tax for everyone and everything....and 500%+ fuel tax......don't forget the village tax, water tax, natural gas tax, owning a car tax.....and.......the soon to come....usage when you drive your car tax!

You'll see people fleeing like rats from a sinking ship. Then maybe the Terminator can balance the budget.......but then......there could be the fabled earthquake and most of Calf could just disappear.....

California is the 11th richest economy in the world. We hardly get back what we pay to the feds.
