        Unbelievable weather

I live only 20 minutes from the Oley Perkieomen Fairgrounds meet and this is the nicest weather I can remember having on these dates for the event in several decades. It is also the first year I never made it down on any day of it. I broke a bone in my foot and standing let alone walking doesn't work very long. If I had any luck maybe this is an omen of luck I dunno I'm trying to figure it out with my foot up. Pictures do help Thanks :-) Merlin in Pa.

I just got off the phone with a friend who was at Oley. He said prices have doubled and that in the little world of Oley, there is no recession. In spite of that he found some things he was anxious to get and even got some bargins. Thanks for the pictures Brian and Rob. It really takes the sting off not attending when people take the time and trouble to post pictures for their fellow club members.

The nicotine is wacky tobacky for me now a days Chris. Ahhhhhhhh the days gone by when the herb grew in me back yard ! LOL Made a bowl for a fella out of a stock and stem once...... Bowl held a full ounce !! My past but not my future. I am really bummed over my calender screw up. Had big plans for Oley too.!!! Folks from all over were to get with me. Kat opened a restaurant and I think that through my calender markings off.
