Knucklehead lifters

Somewhere on one of these Antique M/C forums, I read recently about aftermarket Knuck lifters where you have to plug a drilled hole, or drill a plugged hole. Does anyone know where that is? Thanks, Danny

Lifters made by Eastern Motorcycle Parts had a small hole drilled in the pressed in top with the threads for the adjuster. The thought was that the holes in part defeated the crankcase vacuum that is neccesary to draw oil from the top end. I think the discussion was on the FHP site.
