  • Eustis Meet anyone going?

I was wondering about the turnout at the Eustis meet. I just booked a room at Comfort Inn in Mount Dora and got a good rate not an inflated price. Several other motels in the area have rooms available also.

                ..mine will.

It'll be parked in front of Rocky Halter's. Anyone else come on by and join me for one of those excellent pork chops.... and get an (even more) unsolicited earfull of info about these fine machines to go with your chop at the same time.

I try to start out the year with Oley which is by far my favorite meet. Dixon, Wauseon, and Davenport if time and funds allow.

I try to make Eustis every year. Seems like every other year, like last year, work gets in the way (but glad to have a job). I'll be at Raymond Miller's spot (next to Rocky I believe) with my '42FL off and on.

Moose- you'll enjoy the Florida weather and will understand why the snowbirds go there in winter. I've found some great deals there - it seems like some of the guys are hungry for $ after a long winter. There's always a good crowd. The road run on Saturday morning is always fun.

A group of us are arriving Wednesday hopefully around noon and will ride then and on Thursday (including a ride to the coast) prior to the start of the actual meet on Friday. We are staying in Umatilla.
