      ......not sure about the brake parts........but those wheels look British to me. I've got some old BSA wheels that look pretty similar...... just a wild stab at it.

        They're both Ariel.
        The front one is for any pre full width hub singles or twins with tele forks.
        Not sure exactly what model the rear one fits but it's definately Ariel.

              The rear should be a 19 and the front could be either a 19 or a 20 depending on its application. I don't know about over there but here 20 inch front tyres are as hard to find as rocking horse material.
