  • AMCA Advertising Manager

Good Morning Club Members and Advertisers,

I will try the best "positive spin" on this post that I can. As of yesterday, I will no longer be the Advertising Manager for the AMCA Club Magazine. A new editor team has been hired and will start fresh with a new Ad person - Beginning now. The only reason I choose to inform you using this forum is, the new Summer issue has been mailed to the members and Advertisers. That issue has me listed, with my contact information as the current Advertising Manager. That information will be in-correct. Please do not mail or E-mail any Trash & Treasure Ads or Advertising Checks to me concerning the FALL 2008 issue.

I feel it is only fair to inform Members and Advertisers about this change and get the information out before you waste your time & efforts mailing to the wrong address.

It was a short ride and I truly enjoyed meeting everyone with the same passion for Antique Iron that I have.

I wish the best for the inside circle of the AMCA and hope the quality of the Magazine remains strong. I think the Management will soon understand all the work that Rick has done for the past 18 years. I was honored to work with him. Please help me pass this information out to the vendors and members who truly deserve the best service and care.

    Thanks

    David Lloyd

      David,
Thanks for the job you performed for the AMCA. The layout of the Trash & Treasure ads were much better under your watch. I know you valued the position. Sincerely hope being relieved of it so abruptly doesn't have a negative impact on your livelihood.
Again, I will state: Lots of changes in our club, lots of changes

I'm concerned. Changes are beginning to sound like the obituaries. Should I be alarmed ? Paps
