speedometer question

IMO....it is not for a motorcycle. Certainly not for an HD, no logo. The 4 place digit odometer should be a 3 place digit. My guess, it was built for some sort of auto, period 1930's. Mind you....this is just my opinion and guess. I definately could be wrong. Paps
