replacement/lost Titles

There was once a thread here that had info on a company in Nevada (I think) that could provide titles for bikes that didn't have one. Anybody know of them or use them? Thanks

Thanks I would be interested in knowing how it works out I have a 1947 or 48 Simplex servicycle with no paperwork also a barn find
I am second owner of it and would like to do something with it at some point
