Anyone have any first hand info on Andrew Koslow from Chicago? I am building a special with one of his midget race car 84'"harley flathead to ohv conversions. I have contacted his daughters but am seeking more info and possibly parts etc.
What I know now is that he was a prominent engineer and hillclimber for Excelsior/Henderson and that the conversions he made (like the one I have) are closely patterned on the big X ohv hillclimb engines. I have a picture of Pop Dreyer with a conversion top end the same as mine. they were used apparently with some success in midget cars. Any photos or info on this would be appreciated. Thanks, Barry
