Vintage Motorcycles magazine gone

Received the news Saturday, that F & W Publications
has stopped producing Vintage Motorcycles
magazine, (the magazine that always carried
the 30 pages of vintage bike prices).

The last issue came out a few weeks ago and
was the Fall/Winter 2007 issue.

While a few folks disagreed with some of
the listed prices, that were listed in their Price
Guide, (presented in every issue), there
was no arguing with the actual Mid-America
and Jerry Wood Annual Auction results,
that they also published.

We appreciated their price guide, whenever
we bought another similar guide, then
found out that they don't even list many
of our models.

Sorry to see Vintage Motorcycles end
their run.

Staffer Keith Mathiowetz was informed Dec. 4 that he was being laid off as of Dec. 7. Keith said the last issue goes to press Dec. 12.
