excelsior tank decal info

can anyone determine originality of following decal????

is currently on a 1914 single tank

I'm no expert, but shouldn't Excelsior AutoCycle be printed in the X........??? Or are my eyes failing me and it's too faded for me to see???

That's similar to the Super X logo without the word "Super". I've seen that style of decal once before. A friend in Europe had a Streamline (29-31) Super X with that decal on it. He thought the bike might be original paint and asked me if I had ever seen decals like that before. I hadn't. Now I have. Sorry I can't offer more insight, hopefully someone else can ... Perry
