Does anyone know how I can get a title for a 1949 Scout that I bought. I only have a bill of sale.

Oklahoma titles

Try the following website... They advertise in hemmings. My dad used them for a Model A in S.Dak. I don't know if it works in every state, but I need a title for my 39 knuck and all I have is a bill of sale as well. I am going to talk to my local DMV before sending these guys any dough. Title Service

We recently used the following Co. to obtain Titles to 2 of our bikes, they were prompt with the paper work. Actually you are selling the bike to them & they then register it in Alabama, which is a non title state, they register it in your name, you then take it to your local DMV & they give you a title for your state.
