Does anybody else have this problem? If I open a new post to read it and then go back to ne topics, the post that I opened and closed disappears. there was a post this morning re/ carburetor linkage that I wanted to respond to with pics of wire block holders, but I can't find the original post.

Sorry I cant help but thanks for making me chuckle (at myself)….usually when this happens it means I was looking at a post from a different site (eg, HydraGlide) but thought I was on our Club page. Memory not what it used to be! -

I've been dealing with the disappearing posts for a long time. I figure it is just the way the Forum is set up.
If the post is something that really interests me, I Subscribe to it so I can try to search back through my subscriptions when I want to recall it later.
Otherwise I can usually find a recent disappearing post by going up to the main Forum tab and looking on the right side of the page at the latest Latest Topic section and find it there.

The site has been acting up. My last post would not upload pictures.
Another possibility is the author of the carb linkage post took it down?
