Posting this so others will know if they plan to use Uship to haul their pride and joy. You may never see it again. Appears Uship has no insurance if your cargo does not show up. They are only a broker and have no responsibility what so ever. This guys brand new ZR1 Corvette (200k) is likely on it's way in a container to the middle east or who knows. Get some popcorn sit and read.
Is Uship safe to have your bike hauled, maybe not................

U Ship is very unreliable because they use private haulers, some with little experience or proper equipment. Got a quote a couple years ago and then they wanted the money upfront. They were new and unvetted. Thankfully U Ship red flagged them and removed them from the bid list. Never even thought of the hauler outright stealing the vehicle. I’ll stick with Haul Bikes.

Yes I agree. I have used Haul Bike 3 or 4 times very fair price and never a scratch but takes weeks to get the bike. Some bikes now days can run up to 100k or more so better safe than sorry.#7558 Take me on and you take on the whole trailer park!

If it wasn't for a scheduling problem, I would have used The Shipping Guys, or Ship my Bike to move a bike back from Fla to CT. https://www.shipmyart.net/services They have a one-truck, one-driver policy, and the driver is the grandson of Ghost Motorcycles founder on Long Island NY. They also ship artwork, so you get white glove service.AMCA #41287

I used to see Sal & Crew at Daytona Bike Week. What a wonderfully pleasant character he was. I almost bought a '39 UL with a Goulding Hack from him, but it never worked out. Was not aware of that he passed away. So true, his family is solid as a rock! Unfortunately, i've always wanted to visit his shop, but never managed to make it.Originally posted by joe fxs fxr View PostGhost Motorcycles founder on Long Island NY.
