Many of us have been there. I hope your injuries were not serious. I would look for an attorney who has handled several motorcycle accident cases or one who rides. It will make a difference in your representation. Sorry, I don’t know any personal injury lawyers in N.E. Ohio. Word of caution: Don’t talk to anyone from the other driver’s insurance company. Good luck.Richard Spagnolli

Thanks Spag and PaulCDF, two surgeries on broken leg and foot, then broken collar bone, shoulder blade, ribs, and a finger, but I will not be an amputee. I ruined a very expensive helmet to save my worthless noggin. Bike will take some work, everything is bent or broken.

First, I pray you are doing okay, CJ. Second, as Richard said, don't talk to anyone about the accident until you get a lawyer. I had the exact same accident where I was riding on a calm Sunday morning in downtown Orlando and this lady in a big Chrysler made an un-predicted, un-signaled left turn in front of me. . . . I went to the hospital, and my bike went into an old time gas station at the accident site so that made me feel better at the emergency room. My bike did better than your's, CJ. but I wasn't quite as fortunate. Like I said, you are the important component in that conflagration. Your bike can be fixed.

Wow, you really took a beating, C.J.. Having been through some nasty medical sh!t myself, I have to say that you will be amazed at the healing miracles your anatomy, and immune system will perform. Every day, you will feel a little better so don't let a bad day get you down.Originally posted by FNG1 View PostThanks Spag and PaulCDF, two surgeries on broken leg and foot, then broken collar bone, shoulder blade, ribs, and a finger, but I will not be an amputee. Thanks exeric, I had my brother recover it from impound as soon as I could. I worried about it until I got it back. The few bikes I have are just riders but I really liked this pile of parts the best. I never thought I'd have to build it again. Thanks for sharing and the advice. Hope you have that pretty Pan back together.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune CJ. Those T~Bone accidents are the very worst way to end a joyful ride. Prayers for a speedy recovery. Hang in there, and keep your spirits up high, which it sounds like you're already doing. The motorcycle can always be rebuilt!!!
*Ps. CJ, a lot of AMCA members are from Ohio, someone here should be able to hook You up with competent motorcycle Lawyer.
