    The Arrival of "THE TANK"

After a long day moving my daughter thursday March 29,07 I came home at 9:30 PM and said to my wife what is on the front porch?I never was able to track this thing from either end. It's kind of a strange thing that you can't track something but it can pop up out of nowhere like a prairie dog.
    Thank's for your interest! Gary/rustyderby

        Good deal......

This happens to me quite a bit and I've had customers even threaten to give me a charge back because they think I lied to them when I said I mailed their order. If you send it via the Post from Europe, there's no way to track it once it leaves the European continent because nothing is interconnected. Next time I recommend you or anyone if you want to track a package to use companies like FedEx. They track from point to point.........BUT.........there is a price to pay!

Told you Gary ! Kurt again nails the road to ride on with shipping. Use a shipper like Fedx. You can follow your parcel from point to point but price is what one is willing to pay, whether by sender or by receiver. You look very happy in the pic and I am just as happy for you. I had wanted to relate another episode with you on shipping previously but I didn't want to scare you. Now I can tell it....I sent some drawings to a fella in France via usps. Cost was around $20. Months went by and he had not received them as of yet. a couple more months went by, still had not arrived. I figured they got lost in the mail so I sent the drawings to him again. This time I sent them via ups. I tracked the parcel right to his home. It arrived there in 4 days from the time I sent it. Cost was over $60. I received an email from him at a later date. He wanted to let me know that the first drawings I sent had just arrived. They arrived alright !! 6 months after I sent them. Paps

I truly appreciate you not sharing that tidbit with me be fore .My wife thinks it looks like a WW2 Submarine! It does have a small hole in it and a 1/64" of dirt but I cleaned it anyway to see the name and how large it was and the correct colors. I have seen decals for Cleveland ,but they are red for the main color I believe and I think they are for that gaudy 4 cylinder thing that absolutely no one wants to have but are stuck with!Has anyone seen the ones I need with white/black tracer and Gold outer tracer?Does anyone have any Cleveland stuff in a corner or worse in the center of your shop that you know you won't do anything with? Now that I have the tank all I need is the rest! I'm happy now! Thank's for all your input!! Gary

I can help you with a few things I have left over from my 20' scout if you like.

Sorry c.o. but I haven't figured out how to do that to this site yet. Apparently my file is too big and don't know how to down size it.

image manipulation program. Reduce the physical size and /or resolution. Resave the file and post.

All my transaction with overseas have always been nervewracking. I just waited A MONTH to get a simple piece of cable wrap FROM Canada that was sent economy. For some reason, the only one I've felt reliable is the guy in Greece selling panhead stuff. Still, everything made it, EVENTUALLY.

The guy from Greece is a man of his word, I ordered a 55-72 NOS taillight lens about a month ago, about 2 weeks I get a e-mail from him saying my part should be there any day but thinks he sent the wrong part, showed up the next day as a choke cable for a shovelhead,he said keep it and Ill send your lens priority tomorrow, it arrived 4 days later, I thought he handled it very well and give him his due here.
