Yesterday I posted a 1986 Sportster NOS fuel tank for sale on this site but put it in the wrong category. Duh! So how do I get it in the right category? I put it in the British section. Thanks

Pem, I would simply repost under the Classifieds For Sale Harley section.

I've done that too, pem. I delete the ill-placed post, and then repost in the category I intended. I'll bet there is a better way, known to the computer savvy.

Good luck selling Pem. I don't know about anyone else, but it shocks me when I realize 1986 qualifies as ANTIQUE. I was 32 that year. Gee Whizakers where did the time go.

If memory serves (questionable) if you go to your original post there is an "Edit" option in small letters.

I've never used it, PEM,..

But when I chronically edit a post, the option buttons at the bottom have 'cancel', 'delete', 'preview', and 'save'.
