    37c.i. Scouts were more of an exported machine so the motor parts are easier to find in Europe or Australia!

        When searching for a part, it helps to post a picture of the part. A lot of people have piles of parts that they can't identify but if they see a good picture it could help both hunter, and hoarder.

          Ken, dawned on me that the manifold for a 741 might be the same, and if so Greer's will have it!

            Don't think so, Harry!

            I have reconditioned my share of both with PEEK seals, and they are not the same.

            (My notes are not at hand,... )

              Cotten, I only said that because there is a vendor or three listing the 741 Indian manifold and the 37 c.i. Scout manifold as being the same. The lion's share of 101 Scouts around are 750cc and would have a different manifold.

                Because my memory is so bad, Harry,..

                I take notes;
                Unfortunately, I have forgotten how to decipher them.

                But I have reconditioned all three kinds of manifolds, with different nut sizes, and different internal bevels within the nuts.

                When they cross my benches, I treat each one like its the only one.
                If it bolts up (and seals) for the owner, it must be the right one!
