Hand Oil Pump Identification

Can anyone identify this nickel-plated combination hand oil pump and drip feed oiler with sight glass was used on an early motorcycle? The pump is 6" long with the 4 mounting flange holes spaces at 1" x 2" apart. Note: the pump handle/knob is missing.

That's pretty cool. I have no idea what it fits but it does not look English like these I have . Check the knurled adjustment knobs carefully under a magnifying glass if necessary for any faint or otherwise indication of a maker's name or logo. IMG_5977.jpeg
