  • AMCA Dixon meet, did I really see 4 Crocker's on the grass.....

I sure did, and one looked like original paint, along with a 6 cylinder Excelsior one of a kind that looks like it came from the factory that way. Many triumphs, Indians, a Harley XR 750, even the Purple Grape Honda was there.

Fort Sutter did another fantastic job putting this meet on again! Good to see Kiwi and Starklite there. Wayne from Heathers Leathers even brought a dozen seats out for buyers consideration, he is a master leather craftsman. Terry Marsh on hand with what ever you need done on a Corbin speedometer.

I will try to extract some photos out of my phone later but if you have some pics post them up here!

Knuck, That was a 6 cylinder 1928 Henderson built in the early thirties. The gentleman from Washington brought a dozen Crockers. Small and big tank plus a speedway model. Some restored and some not. I'm glad you had a good time. It was our 40th meet and it's still all about our guests. Our third generation is know firmly in control of operation of the meet and our chapter and they nailed it.

Thanks for taking the time, and effort to bring those great pictures to us, Knuck. It really is a gift to those of us that can't get to a distant AMCA National meet. Looks like you had perfect weather, and an excellent turn out.

Wish I had taken more photos, maybe others can add to this. Hope the AMCA can do a story in our magazine about all these Crocker's this one owner has.

The weather was good with a nice breeze and in the 80's. Swap meet went into the overflow area! The dinner banquet, door prize drawing on Friday night was fantastic. I even won something!
